Natalie has always been a mover & shaker… literally. She started dancing at the age of 3 and by 6 years old she was an active competitor in ballroom dance. She pursued a career in competitive ballroom dancing for over 20 years obtaining multiple championship titles and 3 National Professional Titles.
But after a synchronistic detour from the universe, Natalie retired from competitive dancing and continued her journey as an instructor. Natalie is a certified spin instructor, yoga instructor, ballroom dance coach, and most recently a guide for Kinrgy – a modality created by Julianne Hough.
After years of relentless training as a competitive dancer, Natalie now focuses on healing her body, mind, and soul through a deep connection to breath & movement. She thrives on community and is on a mission to help others find the joy in connecting back to their most authentic selves.
